Snap-in Organization for your Ethernet Cable

Toolless keystone patch panels provide a way to properly terminate and organize your structured cabling into a single place, greatly reducing cable clutter and even increasing performance. The pros terminate solid copper Ethernet cable from patch panels to keystone jacks for maximum performance and reliability. This installation type is known as rack-to-jack or as a structured cabling system.

Maximum Flexibility and Durability

compatibility matrix 3d staggered unshielded patch panel

This patch panel is compatible with any HD or standard-sized Ethernet Category cable, keystone, or coupler except as noted above, however certain non-trueCABLE brands or types may not be compatible due to the 3D stagger recessed design.

Traditional “monolithic” punch-down patch panels are Category rated as they already include the necessary PCB (printed circuit board) to achieve the stated Category performance. 110-punch-down patch panels rated for Cat5e will always be Cat5e. You won’t get it to perform to Cat6A performance levels unless you replace the entire panel. Also, if one port fails, this may necessitate the replacement of the entire patch panel!

With toolless keystone patch panels, simply snap in your keystones and upgrade at your own pace. If a keystone fails, replace it and move on with hardly any hassle.

Advanced Protection From ANEXT

The negative effects of Alien Crosstalk (ANEXT) are of great importance in 10GBASE-T networks (aka 10G). Alien Crosstalk usually occurs at high operating frequencies (350 MHz and higher) and can pose difficult to diagnose performance issues at the patch panel end of your installation. Cat6 and Cat6A driven to 10 Gbp/s are subject to ANEXT. In fact, feedback from field installers say that ANEXT can become an issue with high-density 5GBASE-T installations, where Cat6 is leveraged with NBASE-T equipment. Our unique 3-D staggered unshielded patch panel is specifically engineered to defend against this type of crosstalk interference, negating the need for shielded Ethernet cable and hardware to specifically defeat Alien Crosstalk at the panel side.
