The OSP UV resistant jacket is designed to withstand sunlight, snow, and ice. Perfect for tight installation applications requiring thinner outdoor grade cable, such as exterior surveillance cameras. Indoor and outdoor rated for single and duplex dwelling residential environments per the NEC/NFPA 70. Outdoor rated for commercial environments. Not rated for direct burial.

Compatibility Counts

Compatibility tested and verified with our Cat5e Shielded Pass Through RJ45 Connectors. 24AWG solid conductors with an insulated conductor diameter of 0.97mm and an overall cable jacket diameter of 6.15mm fit most readily available Shielded Cat5e RJ45 connectors (always check compatibility!).
